VeriFone Omni 3750 version

Check what version your VeriFone Omni 3750 series terminal. There is a simple way to view this version. This will give tech support a little help when they are walking you through your download.
Unplug the terminal hold down the No 6 while still holding down 6 plug terminal in then release the #6; this will freeze the screen for a minute or two. This will show for example: on a vx510 you will see V510G QJ0011A4 displayed. Then the terminal will proceed to what may be the download needed screen.

Gift cards can be used in many ways to help protect your business bottom-line. Here’s one creative way. Some business not all give refunds, it’s usually all sales finial, and that’s it.
If you sell gift cards, and you do offer a refund. Instead of giving the customers money back give them a store gift card with the refunded value. If the refund is $50; load the gift card with $50; this of course keeps the money in the store the customer must redeem the card at your business.

VeriFone Vx610 flashing green light

What dose a flashing green light mean on the VeriFone Vx610 credit card terminal. This usually means a few different things. The terminal is out of paper, the printer shell is not closed all the way. The worst case scenario here could be the printer is blown, and its just malfunctioning at this point if you have a warranty have the machine replaced or fixed.
This flashing green light will also occur on all the other Vx models like. The510le Vx510 and all the VeriFone Omni 3700 series terminals. You can also do a printer test to make sure the printer is working as it should.
